All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, using tracked shipping services. Standard delivery times vary depending on your location.
Prices shown at checkout generally include applicable duties. Depending on your state, sales tax may be applied at checkout. In exceptional cases, additional local charges may apply.
We offer free tracked standard shipping on orders above the minimum threshold. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package. Please allow up to 4 business days for the carrier to update the detailed tracking.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us for assistance.
We process orders within 1-2 business days. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page.
Ownership of and risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery. Once the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout (or collected from the local post office or delivery point), Dr.pen Club is no longer responsible for the items. Please ensure you inspect your order promptly upon receipt.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, customs clearance or carrier delays. Some carriers may deliver directly without prior contact. If a signature is required and you are not available, the package may be held at the local post office or carrier facility.
